Specialization: Battle Magischer. "While I like some of Harra's concepts, I made it a little more friendly for people who don't have the strategy of running away from everything."
Faction: Mages Guild - Master-Wizard

Verwirrter is an Altmer Mage (as we could have guessed.) He is a Master-Wizard in the Mages Guild, and routinely uses his high status to order around Apprentices, and command various rooms for his research purposes.

He is rather old comparatively, and as an Altmer, has made hardly a dent in his long lifespan. Instead, he spends his days locked up in the library reading and researching-- when he is not out exploring. While he doesn't see the point in Alchemy, he often gathers ingredients for the other Mages.

He works very closely with Harra Schwarz on many occasions, which has lead others to mistakenly believe that they are more than colleagues. It has also been the reason others have mistakenly called him "Verwirrter Schwarz", thinking of the two as married. Aside from their vast age difference and lifespan aside, the two actually get along very well… when not bickering over the best strategy for any given confrontation.

Verwirrter much prefers a direct approach, hence why he has twisted Harra's Magischer class, and made it into something that he himself can use far better. He doesn't normally bother with avoiding, or sweet-talking his way out of a confrontation, instead preferring to prove his might in any situation necessary.

He usually doesn't like to work with others unless he knows them fairly well, but he is known to be an excellent teammate on occasion. (The "occasion" being him in a good mood and not wanting to risk someone else's hide.)

While he could certainly afford more luxuries, Verwirrter doesn't quite bother with them, while he lives in the Elven Gardens District of the Imperial City, his house is sparsely furnished, instead having more bookshelves than anything. He really doesn't like to spend much time at home, and usually spends his time (often until ungodly hours) at the Arcane University studying.

Now, that doesn't stop him from disappearing for days (sometimes even weeks) at a time to go out exploring. It has been rumored that he has conquered an undead-infested fort for himself, but it has never been proven. But there has been proof that he has conquered nearly every abandoned fort in Cyrodiil, if only for his own amusement. It has also been rumored that he has traveled to Oblivion gates. (And considering the fact that he has brought back Daedric equipment, that's a pretty accurate assumption.)

Needless to say, the man enjoys exploration and solitude.

While Magic is his main focus, he still knows that he needs to remain protected, and therefore spends his days looking for the finest light armor he can, and honing his skill with a blade. "I know better than anyone that one needs to be prepared in any given situation. In my case, I do not rely completely on magic, because, someday, it may fail me. In those cases, I am unafraid to charge into battle with a sword at the ready."
